SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 2-10 business days. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will usually be processed and shipped the following week.

Please note that once we hand your package over to the carrier within our 2-10 business day window, your package is out of our hands. If you have not received your items, please first check the tracking number provided on your shipment confirmation email or under the "My Orders" section of your account for updates. If you need further assistance after an item has shipped, please reach out to the carrier, as we have no control over your package once they receive it.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, the majority of our items are made-to-order especially for you. In order for us to continue to roll out new items + be able to make each of your items with care, we do not offer refunds.

 

However, if your apparel items do not fit how you had hoped, Conviction Co does offer exchanges for apparel items only. Sale items, bags, and all non-apparel items are final sale and are non-returnable.

There are no refunds of any kind. Should you need to exchange an apparel item, please contact us using our contact form and be sure to include your order # and the size you'd like to exchange for. We cannot process any exchanges via social media. Once we have confirmed that the size you'd like to exchange for is available, your unworn and unwashed apparel items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us. Please return items to the address below and include your name, order #, and the size you'd like to exchange for in the package:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the items are in the same condition that you received them in (unworn, unwashed, & undamaged with tags still on) we will ship out the new size to you within 2-10 business days to complete the exchange. 

*Reminder: We offer exchanges for apparel items only. All other items are non-returnable.*
